Here is the schedule for this week:
Monday, weight training after school then leave for Elm at 4:00, on skate skis
Tuesday, Practicing after school, we will be on foot with Poles
Wednesday, due to what is look like enough snow to make difficult to rollerski, we will be lifting at 9:00am, and then hope to go out to the pit to classic ski. If there is not enough snow, we will do a workout from the school.
