This will be the last week that we will be able to work with the skiers until the start of the season. We will be at Bunker on both Tuesday and Thursday, however, starting at 3:45. Tuesday will be on foot with poles, and Thursday on wheels. With the weather, please be very cautious of how you are feeling, getting plenty of hydration, and back down if needed.
Thanks to those that were able to come out this summer. It was a much hotter summer and shorter period, but hopefully much was learned! Denny
Hey look, it's raining!! Well, a good thing for the most part, but may make a change in plans for practice today. We will wait to see if it dries out any, but for those going to practice today, bring your stuff to be on wheels, but if it is wet, we will then be on foot, so shoes will be needed as well just in case. Here is what our plan for this week is currently looking like. Please note the warm weather this week, so please be drinking plenty of water and have it with for the practices. 3:45 for practices and we should be done by 5:00 on both days.

We are back at it, and are able to start getting some more practices in. We have until the end of July to work with the athletes, so we are hoping to get some good work in. Here's where and what have, come with the idea of improving, even if it is just a little! 3:45 to around 5:00 both days.
