For anyone that is looking to buy new equipment for next year, now is the time to start looking at the ski shops for their end of season deals. There are a few that have progressive sales, with more off the longer you wait, but the stock that they would have would be less, so a gamble to wait for the best deals. The local shops you should be looking at in the area are:
Gear West, Pioneer Midwest, Finn Sisu, Boulder Nordic, Joe's, and Hoigard's. There are others, these are just the closest.
